All approved returns receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price (excluding original shipping).

How to Return

Email us at thegoldengirlboutiquetx@gmail.com with your order number and items for return.

Pack the merchandise securely with the original receipt or a note including your name and order number

Ship it to: address provided upon request.

Once received, returns are processed within 5–10 business days, and store credit is issued via email or account credit
Final Sale & Exclusions

Final sale items include sale-priced, discounted, intimate, swimwear, and accessories/jewelry. These are not eligible for returns or store credit
Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 2 business days with clear photo evidence.

If verified, we’ll offer full store credit or replacement, and may cover return shipping for these cases
Restocking

We reserve the right to refuse or restock items that arrive used, damaged, or missing tags. These may be returned to the customer at their expense .
