Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in resalable condition 

  • Final sale items (sale, intimates, swimwear, accessories, jewelry, etc.) are non-returnable 

Store Credit Only

  • All approved returns receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price (excluding original shipping).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable Return Shipping

  • Customers pay return shipping costs.

  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we’re not responsible for lost packages 

How to Return

  1. Email us at thegoldengirlboutiquetx@gmail.com with your order number and items for return.

  2. Pack the merchandise securely with the original receipt or a note including your name and order number 

  3. Ship it to: address provided upon request. 

  4. Once received, returns are processed within 5–10 business days, and store credit is issued via email or account credit 

Final Sale & Exclusions

  • Final sale items include sale-priced, discounted, intimate, swimwear, and accessories/jewelry. These are not eligible for returns or store credit 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 2 business days with clear photo evidence.

  • If verified, we’ll offer full store credit or replacement, and may cover return shipping for these cases 

Restocking

  • We reserve the right to refuse or restock items that arrive used, damaged, or missing tags. These may be returned to the customer at their expense .
