Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed & packed within 1–3 business days of placement (not including weekends/holidays) 

• Cut‐off time: Orders placed before 2 PM CT ship same day; orders after this may ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer:

  • Standard USPS (4–7 business days): flat $7.99

  • Priority USPS (2–4 business days): $14.99

• Free shipping: orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. 

• International shipping Not Available.

3. Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

• Transit times are estimates; delays due to USPS, weather, or customs are beyond our control 

• Not responsible for packages lost/delivered due to incorrect addresses—please double‑check before confirming.

4. Shipping Destinations

• Ships to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once shipped, packages are under carrier responsibility.

• If lost or damaged arrives, assist with filing a claim—but replacements or refunds are offered at our discretion after the claim 

6. Returns & Store Credit

• See our Return Policy: unused, unworn items within 14 days receive store credit; customers pay return shipping.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Need to update your address or cancel? Email us within 2 hours after ordering; after that, orders may already be processing.
